Information we may collect

Depending on how you use DirtLogics, we may collect:

• Account and contact information (such as name, email, phone, and company details)
• Dispatch and job data (customers, projects, trucks, drivers, rates, locations, and related job records)
• Ticket uploads and images submitted by drivers or your team
• Billing workflow data connected to receivables, payables, and related operational records
• Support, demo, and sales communications you send to us

How we use information

We use this information to operate the service, provide support, improve features, respond to demo and sales requests, and maintain security and reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

DirtLogics may use third-party providers to help operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, database and file storage, email or SMS delivery, and analytics if we add them. Those providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

SMS and mobile communications

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from DirtLogics, we may send operational messages related to dispatch, driver workflows, ticket uploads, job updates, and related service notifications. Message frequency varies based on job activity and your use of the service.

DirtLogics uses SMS providers only to deliver these operational messages. We do not use SMS providers to send unrelated marketing messages on our behalf.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You can opt out of DirtLogics SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. Message and data rates may apply.
