These terms apply to early access use of DirtLogics. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What DirtLogics provides
DirtLogics provides software tools for construction dispatch, driver ticket collection, AI-assisted ticket review, and invoicing and payables workflows. Features may change during early access.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Verifying job, dispatch, ticket, OCR, billing, and payment information before relying on it
- Reviewing AI and OCR output for accuracy before invoicing, payables, or other business decisions
- Maintaining appropriate access controls for your team and data
- Complying with laws and contracts that apply to your business
AI and OCR limitations
AI and OCR features are assistive tools. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review extracted fields, flags, and calculations before using them for billing or payments.
No professional advice
DirtLogics does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. The service is operational software only. Consult qualified professionals for those decisions.
Early access
Early access may include limited support, downtime, bugs, or feature changes. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DirtLogics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no fees were paid.
