Uploaded files and AI/OCR processing
DirtLogics allows users to upload ticket photos, images, and PDFs as part of dispatch and ticket review workflows.
Uploaded ticket files may be processed using OCR-assisted and AI-assisted tools to help extract ticket details such as ticket numbers, hours, tonnage, material, truck information, and related fields. Extracted results are used to support review, reconciliation, and operational workflows inside DirtLogics.
AI-assisted ticket review is an assistive workflow. Users remain responsible for reviewing extracted information before relying on it for billing, payables, receivables, or other business decisions.
Ticket files are stored using access controls designed to limit access to authorized users, team members, operators, drivers, or token-based upload flows connected to a specific job.
Rate and financial data confidentiality
DirtLogics understands that rates and financial dispatch information are highly sensitive in the construction trucking industry. We treat customer rates, broker fees, operator payables, factoring settings, ticket records, invoicing and payables information, and related job financial data as confidential customer information.
We do not sell, publish, disclose, benchmark, or share this information with other DirtLogics users or third parties for their independent marketing, competitive, or commercial use.
We may use this information only as needed to operate the service, provide support, improve reliability and security, troubleshoot issues, process customer-authorized workflows, comply with law, or as otherwise authorized by the customer.
Service providers
DirtLogics uses service providers to help operate the service. These providers process information on our behalf as needed to deliver DirtLogics. Depending on how you use the service, providers may include:
- Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, and secure backend functions used by the DirtLogics app
- Twilio for operational SMS delivery and related messaging event handling
- OpenAI for server-side OCR-assisted and AI-assisted processing, such as ticket extraction, dispatch text parsing, and related translation or assistive workflows
- Cloudflare for website and application hosting, content delivery, and related infrastructure services
- Sentry for error and crash reporting, if enabled in our production environment
- OAuth sign-in providers, such as Google or Facebook, if you choose to sign in using those options through our authentication provider
We require service providers to handle information only as needed to provide their services to DirtLogics, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Authentication and account access
DirtLogics accounts may be accessed with email and password or, where enabled, through supported OAuth sign-in providers such as Google or Facebook. Authentication and session management are handled through our authentication provider.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your login credentials and limiting access within your organization.
SMS and mobile communications
DirtLogics may send operational SMS messages related to construction dispatch workflows, including dispatch assignments, job updates, ticket upload links, and operational notifications.
Recipients receive DirtLogics SMS only after consent is collected. For new SMS recipients, DirtLogics generates a unique opt-in link that allows the recipient to review the SMS program details and confirm consent before DirtLogics sends automated SMS through Twilio.
DirtLogics records SMS consent information such as the mobile number, consent version, opt-in timestamp, and limited technical information needed to document the consent event. DirtLogics also records carrier-related opt-out or opt-back-in events needed to honor STOP, START, and HELP handling and maintain compliant dispatch texting.
DirtLogics does not sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information. DirtLogics does not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity, ticket uploads, and job events. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
See our SMS Communications page and SMS Terms for additional program details.
Mobile app
DirtLogics offers a mobile app for Android that uses a native app shell with an embedded web view to run the same DirtLogics web application used in the browser.
In the mobile app, you may use your device camera, photo gallery, or file picker to upload ticket images or PDFs through the same in-app upload workflows available on the web. Based on our current Android app design, DirtLogics does not collect device GPS location, contacts, microphone audio, calendar data, Bluetooth data, or advertising identifiers through the app.
The mobile app requires network access to connect to DirtLogics services and your account. Most core product functionality is available only after login.
Data retention, access, and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, support your account, meet legal or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and how it is used in DirtLogics workflows.
You can contact us with questions about your information or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. We will respond in a reasonable timeframe. Some information may need to be retained for security, billing workflow integrity, legal compliance, or backup purposes even after a deletion request is received.
Security
DirtLogics uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect customer information, including sensitive rate and financial workflow data. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections in normal operation, and access is limited through account permissions and service-side controls.
However, no online service can guarantee perfect security. Customers should use strong passwords, limit team access, review permissions, and avoid sharing accounts or exported reports with unauthorized people.
