Terms of Use
Early access · Last updated June 2026
These terms apply to early access use of DirtLogics. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What DirtLogics provides
DirtLogics provides software tools for construction dispatch, driver ticket collection, AI-assisted ticket review, and invoicing and payables workflows. Features may change during early access.
Customer responsibility for dispatch content
Customers are responsible for the dispatches, notes, messages, instructions, uploads, and other content they create, submit, approve, copy, send, or cause to be sent through DirtLogics. DirtLogics provides tools to organize, translate, format, and deliver operational information, but customers remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy, appropriateness, legality, and business use of their content before it is sent or relied upon.
Your responsibilities
You are also responsible for:
- Verifying job, dispatch, ticket, OCR, billing, and payment information before relying on it
- Reviewing AI and OCR output for accuracy before invoicing, payables, or other business decisions
- Maintaining appropriate access controls for your team and data
- Complying with laws and contracts that apply to your business
Translation and AI-assisted output
DirtLogics may provide translation, formatting, summarization, parsing, or other AI-assisted features. These features are provided to assist with operational workflows and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or imperfect. Customers are responsible for reviewing translated or AI-assisted content before sending, copying, approving, or relying on it. DirtLogics does not guarantee that translations or AI-assisted outputs will be error-free or suitable for every recipient, jobsite, language, dialect, or context.
AI and OCR features are assistive tools. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review extracted fields, flags, and calculations before using them for billing or payments.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use DirtLogics to create, send, store, or transmit content or instructions that are unlawful; threaten violence or physical harm; harass, abuse, or exploit another person; target a person or group based on protected characteristics in a discriminatory or hateful manner; facilitate fraud, illegal activity, or unsafe work practices; interfere with the operation or security of DirtLogics; or violate telecommunications, privacy, labor, transportation, safety, or other applicable laws.
Ordinary jobsite language, including profanity or slang commonly used in construction and trucking operations, is not treated as a violation of these Terms by itself. The restrictions above focus on unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive use—not on policing routine operational communication.
Monitoring and enforcement
DirtLogics does not undertake a general obligation to monitor customer content. However, DirtLogics may investigate, suspend, remove, restrict, or disable access to content, accounts, or features if DirtLogics believes use of the service may violate these Terms, applicable law, telecommunications rules, carrier requirements, or create risk to DirtLogics, its customers, recipients, or third parties.
Customer compliance with laws
Customers are responsible for complying with all laws and rules applicable to their business and their use of DirtLogics, including employment, labor, workplace safety, transportation, privacy, communications, SMS, consent, recordkeeping, and anti-discrimination laws.
No professional advice
DirtLogics does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. The service is operational software only. Consult qualified professionals for those decisions.
Early access
Early access may include limited support, downtime, bugs, or feature changes. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Indemnity
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold DirtLogics harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to Customer's content, dispatches, notes, messages, instructions, use of SMS features, reliance on translations or AI-assisted outputs, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
Limitation of liability
DirtLogics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DirtLogics does not warrant that the service, SMS delivery, translations, AI-assisted outputs, parsing, calculations, uploads, or reports will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular use.
To the extent permitted by law, DirtLogics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, including issues related to message content, SMS delivery, translations, or AI-assisted outputs. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no fees were paid.
SMS Terms
Customers are responsible for ensuring that messages sent through DirtLogics are operational, accurate, and appropriate for the intended recipients. Customers must not use DirtLogics SMS features to send unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or non-operational promotional messages.
DirtLogics may send operational SMS messages for construction dispatch workflows. Messages may include dispatch assignments, job updates, secure ticket upload links, and operational notifications.
Before DirtLogics sends automated SMS to a new mobile number, the recipient must confirm opt-in through a DirtLogics SMS opt-in link. The opt-in page explains the message types, message frequency, message and data rates, STOP instructions, HELP instructions, and support contact information.
By confirming opt-in, the recipient agrees to receive operational DirtLogics SMS messages at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies by job activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may reply STOP to any DirtLogics SMS message to opt out. After replying STOP, the recipient may receive a final confirmation message. Recipients may reply HELP for help or contact DirtLogics support at support@dirtlogics.com or 307-300-8731.
DirtLogics SMS messages are operational and job-related only. DirtLogics does not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Notice and SMS Communications page for additional program details.
