SMS Communications

Public program information · Last updated June 2026

This page describes how DirtLogics uses text messaging (SMS) for operational service notifications. It is provided for customers, drivers, and mobile recipients participating in DirtLogics workflows.

What messages we send

DirtLogics SMS is used for operational construction dispatch workflows. DirtLogics does not send marketing or promotional SMS.

DirtLogics sends operational SMS messages for dispatch assignments, driver workflows, ticket upload links, job updates, and construction logistics service notifications.

Messages are sent to drivers, trucking contacts, team members, or other job participants in DirtLogics operational workflows.

How phone numbers are collected

Mobile numbers are provided by the user, employer, dispatcher, or account administrator as part of using DirtLogics.

DirtLogics does not enroll a mobile number in automated SMS based on dispatcher attestation alone. Before a phone number receives any automated DirtLogics SMS through Twilio, the recipient must directly opt in through the DirtLogics opt-in confirmation page (see below).

How recipients opt in to SMS

DirtLogics SMS is used for operational construction dispatch workflows. DirtLogics does not send marketing or promotional SMS.

When a DirtLogics dispatcher needs to send operational text messages to a driver, trucking contact, team member, or other job participant, DirtLogics generates a unique, time-limited SMS opt-in link inside the dispatcher’s account.

The dispatcher sends that opt-in link to the recipient through their existing communication channel, such as their own phone, email, or in-person communication. DirtLogics does not send automated SMS through its Twilio sender to that mobile number until the recipient opens the opt-in link and confirms consent.

The opt-in page explains the types of messages DirtLogics may send, including dispatch assignments, job updates, ticket upload links, and operational notifications. The page also states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, recipients can reply STOP to opt out, and recipients can reply HELP for help.

After the recipient confirms opt-in, DirtLogics records the consent event and may send operational SMS to that number for active dispatch workflows. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any DirtLogics SMS message.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity, ticket uploads, and job events.

Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out

HELP: Reply HELP to any DirtLogics message for help, or contact support@dirtlogics.com or 307-300-8731.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and sharing

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

DirtLogics uses SMS providers only to deliver operational messages required to run the service.
